One of a kind, handmade cheer bear and polka dots skirt... like wearing a big hug from a friend!

This unique skirt features Cheer Bear on a 💯 cotton Pink fabric & then perfectly surrounded by pink with white polka dot fabric, pink ric rac on all boarders & then finished off with rainbow coil purée bows on two boarders!!!

As per all of my skirts, the elastic waistband will be made to fit your waist measurements (up to 39inch)

measuring 68cm in length from the bottom of the waistband.
